Conscious Mobile was established by Cynthia Fitzgerald & Jeff Louden in 2011 after Jeff moved on from Motorola to participate in the Distribution world that he had been managing there. After getting an eye opening view of the space, the non-negotiable pillars they wanted to build the business on were ethics & trust, hence the corporate name of Conscious Mobile.
